Creamy Cheesy Keto Soup

There are few things in my house that are constant.
  1. Morning dance parties
  2. Poop explosions (in and out of diapers)
  3. Batman

  5. Soup

This soup in particular has become a regular dish in our home because it is keto friendly and super filling. It’s a high fat vegetarian soup that helps balance macros while on the keto diet, especially if your protein numbers are high. 

One nice sized bowl (2 cups) has:
  • Calories = 390
  • Fat = 37 grams
  • Protein = 10 grams
  • Carbs = 10 grams

WATCHA NEED : (Makes 6 Bowls)
  • 4 cups Frozen Cauliflower
  • 1.5 cups Broccoli
  • 3 cups Spinach
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Mexican Blend  Shredded Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 3 Sliced Avocados
